O-CEI is a Horizon Europe innovation action involving 56 partners from 19 countries and eight large-scale pilots across the Cloud-Edge-IoT continuum.
NovoVox is an O-CEI 1st Open Call upscaling project developed by SENSOMATT Lda. and aligned with Pilot 8 and Challenge P8C1 – Social Smart Meter. It integrates with the CLEMAP energy-data environment to add a voice-enabled behavioural insight layer.

NovoVox has completed controlled validation of its energy-data pipeline, voice AI, mobile application, multilingual operation and session stability. Stage 3 focuses on pilot deployment, real-user access, engagement, satisfaction, energy awareness and feedback.
